I've found content is stored in (User Home)/Library/Application Support/Grand Theft Auto IV/.
Tried deleting it, it doesn't help.
When I open the app package and run MacOS/cider, I get all the errors too. Here it is:

Seems to be a problem finding dylib files. Maybe if there's a way to deactivate the startup videos from playing..
