And what's more, those Essence rares can roll Volatile Blood mod, and they have a hell lot of life, and when they explode they explode so hard that I died 3 times tonight. Apr 24, 2016 Volatile damage scales with the main hand damage of the monster. That dmg is always physical btw, so it scales with map mods like added firedmg and monster dmg, and also scales with substantial phys auras on the mob ad similar stuff. So if its a slow, hardhitting monster to begin with (necromancer, stonegolem zombie etc) watch the feck out.

The term hit refers to a strike dealt by an attacker to a target, which usually causes damage. The damage can be mitigated up to 0,[1] but can never be negative.
