RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 is a construction and management simulation game published by Atari Inc. The game was developed by Frontier Developments and it is the third installment of the series RollerCoaster Tycoon, was first released on October 26, 2004 in North America. RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 places players take charge of managing amusement parks; Rides can be built or demolished, terrain and the scenery can be adjusted, and prices can be controlled to keep visitors or “peeps” happy.

Zoo Tycoon puts you in charge of your very own zoo. You'll be challenged to design, build, and manage a vibrant place where your animals and guests are happy.
