Install the GoToMeeting Scheduler. Download the Mac Scheduler to sync your Outlook appointments and GoToMeeting sessions. Click the Download button to start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to run the installer. Once fully installed, you will see the GoToMeeting daisy icon on the menu bar of your Mac. Click the icon and sign in using your GoToMeeting account credentials. Download the desktop app Make sure you are on a supported operating system by checking your system's compatibility automatically or viewing the system requirements. Click the Download button to get started. The GoToMeeting Installer.exe file will download onto your computer.
