If you do have a statement from Apple with a charge that came from that app, which I'm not sure how you paid for it, but either way, you'd need to contact Apple to get that resolved at 1-800-MY-APPLE. When you cancel your AppleCare plan, the monthly billing can't be renewed. If you're no longer eligible for an AppleCare plan, you can't add it to your device again.
Cancel an AppleCare plan that's paid in full
If you paid for your AppleCare plan in full, there are a few things to keep in mind when you cancel it:
- If you cancel your AppleCare plan within 30 days of your purchase date, you’ll get a full refund, minus the value of any service already provided. When you're ready to cancel your AppleCare plan, contact Apple Support and tell the advisor that you need help canceling the AppleCare plan. It may be helpful to have the AppleCare agreemeent number from the Proof of Coverage certificate, the Serial number of the device that the AppleCare plan covers, or your original sales receipt.
